served with a side of fresh butter and condiments.

Avocado Sourdough $7.90
Two slices of fresh sourdough, toasted and served with
ricotta cheese, sliced avocado, fresh lemon and black
pepper.
Croque Monsieur Croissant $8.40
Our twist on this French classic. Double-smoked ham,
Swiss cheese, cherry tomato and our house Bechanel mornay.
Cured Salmon Bagel $9.90
A freshly baked German-style bagel spread with cream
cheese and chives and topped with house cured,
dill-flavored salmon, capers and fresh onion.
Berry Compote Breakfast $9.90
Ricotta cheese spread over a crusted slice of banana
bread and topped with our house made berry compote.

A bowl of 98% fat free, skim milk yoghurt topped with
fresh, grade one seasonal fruits and berries.

Pen’s Granola mix. Roasted oats, dried fruit & nuts, served
with your choice of fresh fruit or low fat yoghurt.
Homemade Bircher Muesli $12.90
97% fat free yoghurt, blended with rolled oats, dried fruits
and nuts, cinnamon, honey and orange juice. Served with
a bowl of fresh, seasonal hand-picked fruits.
Porridge @ The Pen $12.90
Rolled oats, full cream milk and brown sugar, flavoured with
vanilla bean and rose essence.
Sweet & Savoury
Traditional Stack (pancakes - sweet) $12.90
A traditional pancake stack, topped with fresh bananas and
berries and served with a side of maple syrup.
Vegetarian’s Choice (crepe - savoury) $12.90
Fresh cherry tomato, Spanish onion, Brie and basil all rolled into
one large breakfast crepe.
White Cheese (crepe - sweet) $13.90
A lightly oiled crepe, smeared with ricotta and complemented
with an all-natural berry compote.
C.A.C.M. (crepe - savoury) $13.90
Chicken, sliced avocado, Camembert cheese and
fresh mushroom delicately rolled in a breakfast crepe.
Overload (pancake - sweet) $14.90
Pancakes coated with Philadelphia cream cheese, dressed in a
peanut butter spread and Nutella syrup.
Organic Egg Options
Eggs on Toast $8.40
Two free range eggs (any style) served with two slices of
sourdough toast, a side of butter and house made chili jam.
Wrapping Romas $9.90
Slow-roasted Roma tomato, scrambled eggs, avocado, diced
onion, cheddar cheese and mixed leaf wrapped in a warm
Mexican tortilla and served with a side of house made chili jam.
Add $1.4 for crispy bacon.
Green, Eggs & Bacon (stacked) $11.90
Two eggs (any style), two rashers of bacon and avocado on a
bed of lemon and pepper spinach. Served with a lightly
toasted baguette.
Spanish Scramble $12.90
Chorizo sausage, Camembert cheese, mushroom and diced
onion on a lightly toasted slice of Toscano white or brown.

Smoked salmon, grilled asparagus, spinach, goats cheese and
pine nuts mixed in one large omelette and served with
a side of sourdough.
Benedict / Florentine $14.90
Poached eggs, spinach and hollandaise on a toasted muffin with
either double-smoked ham or smoked salmon.
The Continental $16.90
Bacon and chorizo or smoked salmon, served with two eggs
(any style), grilled mushrooms, spinach, avocado and slow-
roasted Roma tomatoes on Turkish toast. Plus a side of either
Bircher muesli or low fat yoghurt topped with
fresh fruits and honey.
